Job Summary
Ramada by Wyndham, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad is seeking a reliable, courteous, and safety-conscious Driver to provide transportation services for hotel guests, staff, and official hotel operations. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, timely, and professional transportation while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and vehicle care.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport hotel guests, staff, and management to designated locations.
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with luggage when required.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to assigned schedules.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
- Report any vehicle defects, maintenance requirements, or accidents immediately.
- Ensure all vehicle documents, permits, insurance, and licenses remain valid and available.
- Follow all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations.
- Plan efficient travel routes to minimize delays.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with guests and VIPs.
- Record daily trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Concierge, and Security teams regarding transportation requests.
- Assist with airport transfers, guest pick-ups, and local transportation as scheduled.
- Support other hotel operational duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School (10th/12th) qualification preferred.
- Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving license. Commercial driving license will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a hotel, hospitality, or corporate environment.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with roads in Delhi NCR, Ghaziabad, Noida, and nearby areas.
- Ability to use GPS navigation and map applications.

- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and handle guest luggage when required.
- Good eyesight and overall physical fitness.
Preferred Attributes
- Previous experience in a branded hotel or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of VIP guest handling and hotel etiquette.
- Basic understanding of first aid and emergency response procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
