- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for high performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management
- Handle high-value clients and oversee closing of premium sales
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product display
- Coordinate with marketing for promotions, campaigns, and in-store activities
- Maintain knowledge of jewellery trends, designs, and pricing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
