Position: Field Service Engineer – Woodworking Machinery
Location Covered: Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Bangalore (Karnataka)
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of woodworking machinery at customer sites.
- Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
- Providing technical support and machine demonstrations to customers.
- Conducting preventive maintenance and breakdown services.
- Training customers on machine operation and basic maintenance procedures.
- Preparing service reports and coordinating with the service team for timely issue resolution.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective technical support.
- Traveling across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Bangalore for service and support activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
