- Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors
- Check quality of materials and workmanship
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers
- Maintain site records such as daily progress reports, material usage, and labor attendance
- Ensure proper use of materials to minimize wastage
- Enforce safety standards and ensure use of PPE at site
- Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays
- Monitor progress and report status to management regularly
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
