We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support daily operations, manage schedules, facilitate communication, and ensure the smooth execution of projects and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills while being able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
- Plan, schedule, and organize meetings, events, and appointments.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting, as required.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
- Provide administrative support to managers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with project management or collaboration tools is an advantage.
