CS Asst. Manager – Key Account Holder to lead and manage key client accounts, drive project excellence, and build long-term partnerships across events and experiential campaigns at Sonar Conectar.
Key Responsibilities;
1. Key Account Management - Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisory for designated key accounts at Sonar Conectar, owning end-to-end client relationships.Develop and maintain deep knowledge of each key account’s business goals, brand identity, and experiential needs to provide proactive, consultative support.
2. Client Relationship Management - Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations. Act as the primary escalation point for all client concerns, resolving issues swiftly and professionally. Create detailed account plans to map growth opportunities and relationship health for each key client.
3. Project Leadership - Oversee end-to-end project execution for key accounts from conceptualisation and briefing to on-ground delivery ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Lead the development of event strategies, proposals, and pitches aligned with key client objectives and brand goals.
4. Team Management - Ensure high performance, accountability, and a client-first culture within the servicing team. Handle PAN team engagement to ensure consistent communication, motivation, and alignment with company goals.
5. Financial Oversight & P&L Ownership - Assigned key accounts, including budget tracking, profitability analysis, and financial performance review. Monitor project budgets and deliverables across key accounts, ensuring efficiency and adherence to approved financial plans.
6. Post-Event Analysis - Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback to present action able insights to clients and leadership. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and client experience based on feedback and data.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
