Position: Assistant Procurement-Tally Experienced
Location: Delhi-Daryaganj
Department: Stores & Purchase
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze purchase requirements from departments
- Identify and evaluate suppliers; obtain quotations
- Prepare comparative statements for decision-making
- Manage purchase orders, requisitions, and approvals
- Maintain vendor relationships for smooth operations
- Handle procurement of low-value items
- Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records
- Focus on cost optimization without compromising quality
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in procurement/stores/inventory (Tally software experienced)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
- Good vendor management and organizational skills
