Responsibilities:
- Handle international customers through calls/chats.
- Understand and resolve customer queries.
- Provide a professional customer experience.
- Achieve assigned quality and performance targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Confident and customer-focused personality.
- Freshers are welcome.
- BPO/customer support/sales experience is an advantage.
