Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and perform operational maintenance of machines
- Ensure accuracy and functionality of assembled components
- Read drawings and specifications to determine suitable materials, sequence of operations, and machine settings
- Set up prescribed cutting and shape tools in machines and equipment
- Check assembled metal parts for accuracy and fit using measuring instruments
- Set up guides, stops, and other controls on numerous machining tools
Requirements
- High attention to detail and precision in machining tasks
- Ability to work individually with minimal supervision and in a team environment
- Experience in assembling and installing mechanical components
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience in using machining tools and equipment
- Qualifications in trade or any other related qualifications
Education- ITI Fitter, Turner ( Fresher can also Apply )
Working Conditions
- Occasionally stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Exposure to a noisy environment
- Safety equipment must be worn at all times, and adherence to safety protocols is crucial
- Work in manufacturing plants, workshops, or industrial settings.
