The Network Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the healthcare provider network across the southern region. The role involves empanelment of hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, relationship management, rate negotiations, service quality monitoring, and ensuring smooth operational coordination with network partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and specialist providers across South India.
- Manage end-to-end provider empanelment and documentation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing network partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing agreements, and service-level commitments with providers.
- Coordinate with internal operations, claims, and medical teams for issue resolution.
- Conduct regular provider visits for relationship management and service audits.
- Monitor provider performance and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Resolve escalations related to service delays, pricing disputes, and operational issues.
- Track competitor network developments and identify expansion opportunities.
- Prepare MIS reports on network growth, renewals, closures, and performance metrics.
- Support regional business expansion and strategic partnership initiatives.
- Ensure all agreements, contracts, and renewals are completed within timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration / Business Administration / Life Sciences / Relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare network management / hospital relations / provider empanelment
- Experience in healthcare/insurance/TPA/medical operations preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent relationship management abilities
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and MIS reporting
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
