Hiring Dental Lab Marketing Executive who is responsible for driving B2B sales and brand awareness by promoting lab services (crowns, dentures, implants) to dental clinics and practitioners. They bridge the gap between the laboratory’s technicians and dental professionals to ensure client acquisition, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
Experience: 1–3+ years of field sales or marketing experience, preferably as a medical/dental representative or within the healthcare sector. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of dental terminology, materials (e.g., Zirconia, PMMA), and laboratory processes to effectively communicate value to dentists is preferred but not necessary.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Logistics: A valid driver's license and a two-wheeler are typically required for daily field travel.
