Key Responsibilities Performance & Digital Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Manage performance marketing campaigns focused on ROI & conversions
- Create and optimize lead generation funnels
- Execute app install & conversion campaigns
- Perform A/B testing & conversion rate optimization
- Monitor KPIs including CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS & conversions
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & ad dashboards
- Generate weekly & monthly performance reports
- Identify growth opportunities through data insights
Client & Lead Communication
- Communicate with clients regarding campaign performance & strategy
- Handle incoming leads and explain service offerings
- Coordinate with sales & creative teams for campaign execution
- Maintain professional client relationships & ensure satisfaction
Required Skills
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
✔ Understanding of performance marketing & funnel strategy
✔ Experience in lead generation & conversion optimization
✔ Ability to analyze data & generate insights
✔ Excellent communication & client handling skills
✔ Basic understanding of landing pages & CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads / Meta Certifications (preferred)
- Experience in agency environment is a plus
