- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with departments.
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes for new staff.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate staff joining, exit formalities, and full & final settlement processes.
- Help in payroll input preparation and attendance verification.
- Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies and labor laws.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
- Support training and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and hospital information.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data regularly.
- Coordinate with various hospital departments for manpower requirements.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
