- Act as the online voice and visual identity of the interior design company.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across platforms.
2. Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly/weekly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Research trends in interior design, home décor, and digital marketing to create relevant content.
3. Content Creation & Curation
- Create and edit posts, reels, stories, and carousels featuring:
- Design projects (before/after photos, walkthroughs)
- Mood boards and material selections
- Client testimonials and reviews
- Write compelling captions and use strategic hashtags.
4. Platform Management
- Handle posting, scheduling, and performance tracking across platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize content for each platform (e.g., visual focus for Instagram, professional updates for LinkedIn).
5. Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Engage with followers, industry influencers, and potential clients.
- Build relationships with partners like architects, builders, or furniture brands.
6. Performance Analysis
- Track engagement, growth, and ROI using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Collaboration
- Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to showcase projects.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for promotions or lead generation campaigns.
8. Campaign Management
- Run paid ads or promotional campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, or leads.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance.
9. Reputation Management
- Monitor brand mentions and reviews.
- Address negative comments or feedback professionally.
