Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to drive high-quality client acquisition across startups, SaaS, and enterprise segments—from research and outreach to qualification and conversion.
Key Responsibilties:
Lead Research & Prospecting: Identify ICPs (industry, size, geography, decision-makers) and source leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo
Outreach & Engagement: Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, events, partnerships) at scale
Lead Qualification & Conversion: Assess relevance, intent, and manage funnel (outreach → response → meeting → closure) while improving conversion rates
CRM & Pipeline Management: Track and maintain structured data using HubSpot/Salesforce
Data & Optimization: Monitor metrics (open rates, responses, meetings), run A/B tests, and enrich lead data
Content & Service Understanding: Effectively communicate branding, website, and digital offerings; collaborate on case studies, decks, and assets.
Tools and Skills:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lemlist, Instantly, and CRM tools
- Strong written communication, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to personalize outreach without compromising quality
- Consistent follow-ups with a professional, persistent approach
- Strong business understanding with focus on high-value opportunities
- Ability to represent a premium brand with credibility
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in branding, design, or digital services
- Network within startups, SaaS, or enterprise ecosystems
- Understanding of consultative selling (solution-focused approach)
