Job Objective:
To manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely availability of competent manpower across showrooms, corporate functions and support operations, in line with approved manpower plans and business requirements.
Specific responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Regional Managers and Showroom Managers to identify and validate manpower requirements.
- Prepare and monitor recruitment plans and ensure timely closure of approved vacancies.
- Plan regional recruitment drives as per approved targets and prepare RD calendar, ensure timely closure of manpower requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment drives, social media, campus recruitment and other channels.
- Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, reference checks and background verification as applicable.
- Manage offer discussions, approvals, offer issuance and candidate follow-up until joining.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions, particularly showroom and sales roles.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, campus hiring and bulk recruitment requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases and vacancy trackers.
- Prepare recruitment MIS covering vacancies, closures, time-to-fill, source of hiring, offer-to-joining ratio and recruitment costs.
- Monitor recruitment performance and identify reasons for vacancy ageing, offer dropouts and joining delays.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants, educational institutions and other talent sources.
- Ensure recruitment is conducted in accordance with approved HR policies, manpower budgets and required documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and recruitment-related information.
Qualifications & Skill Required:
- Batchelor's Degree in HR, MBA preferable.
- Minimum 5year's experience in a similar role, preferably in Retail, Jewellery, FMCG, hospitality or a multi-location organisation.
- Age -* 30 to 40* years
- Technically sound in MS Office, internet and email applications.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi, Kannada and Tamil would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
