Job Title: Site Supervisor
Job Summary: The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure project schedules are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect work quality and report any issues or deviations.
- Manage site materials, equipment, and labor requirements.
- Maintain daily site reports and project documentation.
- Resolve on-site problems and support smooth project execution.
