HR Administrator
Karunagappalli, South Kerala, India
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to manage HR operations across South Kerala and coordinate with our Group HR Head Office in Muscat.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
- HR administration, grievance handling, and policy implementation
- Regular reporting and coordination with Head Office
Requirements:
- MBA/PGD in HR
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR administration, payroll, and recruitment
- Strong Excel and HRIS/Payroll software skills
- Knowledge of Kerala labor laws and statutory compliance
- GCC HR experience is an advantage
