Position Summary
We are looking for a highly responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution of signage and branding projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate installation teams, ensure quality workmanship, maintain project timelines, manage client interactions at site, and ensure all work is completed safely and professionally.
The Site Supervisor will act as the primary point of coordination between the office, fabrication unit, installation teams, vendors, and clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution
- Supervise installation of all signage and branding projects.
- Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for installation.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion.
- Resolve site-related challenges promptly.
Team Management
- Lead installation technicians and fabrication teams.
- Allocate work responsibilities efficiently.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of site workers.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company standards.
Site Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, consultants, and project managers.
- Attend site meetings whenever required.
- Verify site readiness before commencement of work.
- Ensure measurements and installation conditions match approved drawings.
Material Management
- Verify materials received at site.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
- Prevent material damage and wastage.
- Coordinate with procurement for additional material requirements.
Quality Control
- Inspect installation quality at every stage.
- Ensure all signage is level, aligned, illuminated (where applicable), and installed securely.
- Conduct final quality inspection before project handover.
- Report defects immediately and ensure corrective action.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Enforce safety standards during fabrication and installation.
- Identify potential site hazards.
- Ensure compliance with client safety protocols.
Documentation & Reporting
- Submit daily site progress reports.
- Maintain labour attendance records.
- Track material usage and inventory.
- Capture site photographs before, during, and after installation.
- Report project status to the Operations Manager.
Client Management
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
- Address site-level concerns promptly.
- Ensure smooth project handover and obtain client sign-off upon completion.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
