Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Practice lead - Embedded Systems! We are looking for a highly experienced Engineering expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices AI implementation in the Engineering process and will play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in our projects. This position requires a strong understanding of industry standards best practices and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering. Responsibilities: - Provide expert guidance on embedded system design development and implementation. - Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes to ensure optimal solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements timelines and deliverables. - Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in embedded systems. - Drive innovation by proposing new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings. - Develop and enforce quality standards for embedded system development. - Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure reliability and performance. - Mentor junior engineers and provide training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Share knowledge through workshops and seminars.
