Role Description:
The Marketing Manager will lead institutional marketing initiatives, generate admissions, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen the academy’s brand presence.
This is a field-intensive role requiring direct client interaction, relationship building, and revenue-driven marketing execution.

Work Mode: Hybrid (Field + Online Coordination)
Mandatory: In-person client meetings with schools, colleges, hospitals, corporates, and franchise prospects.
Key Responsibilities
A. Institutional & Field Marketing
Visit schools, colleges, hospitals, and corporates for program presentations
Conduct face-to-face meetings with HR Heads, Principals, CSR Heads, and Management
Represent academy in networking events, exhibitions, and seminars
Develop local market penetration strategies
B. Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate B2B and B2C leads through field activity and digital campaigns
Maintain structured follow-up system
Drive admissions and institutional contracts
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
C. Digital & Campaign Coordination
Coordinate social media promotions
Supervise marketing materials (brochures, proposals, PPTs)
Track ROI on campaigns
CRM and database management
D. Brand Building
Establish academy presence in new cities
Build referral and partnership networks
Support franchise marketing operations
Qualifications
MBA (Marketing) – Preferred
PGDM / Master’s in Marketing
Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications (Minimum)
Certification in Digital Marketing (Added Advantage)
Experience
0-5 years in Marketing
2–3 years in Education / Training / Skill Development preferred
Strong experience in field marketing & institutional sales
Proven track record in achieving revenue targets

Fixed salary : ₹3,00,000 -₹4,00,000

Minimum 15–20 field visits per month
25+ institutional tie-ups annually
150+ qualified leads per month
20–25% conversion ratio
Revenue contribution: ₹2–3 Crores annually
