Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist Staff Nurses in providing basic patient care and comfort.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs as instructed.
- Help patients with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, mobility, and personal hygiene.
- Assist in preparing patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient care areas.
- Ensure proper handling and transportation of patients within the hospital.
- Assist in administering medications and treatments under the supervision of registered nurses.
- Maintain patient records and nursing documentation as directed.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Support emergency care activities as guided by senior nursing staff.
- Assist in stocking and maintaining medical supplies and equipment.
- Participate in shift handovers and departmental activities.
Requirements:
- ANM / Nursing Assistant Course / Relevant Healthcare Qualification.
- Basic knowledge of patient care and nursing procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
