Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Trainer to improve students’ or professionals’ communication skills, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall fluency. The ideal candidate should be confident, interactive, and capable of designing engaging training sessions tailored to different proficiency levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English language training sessions (spoken, written, grammar, and pronunciation).
- Develop lesson plans and structured course materials.
- Assess students’ language levels and create customized improvement plans.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and public speaking sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.
- Organize language activities, role-plays, and practical exercises.
- Prepare students for competitive exams or professional communication (if required).
- Maintain attendance, performance reports, and training documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Good understanding of grammar rules and pronunciation techniques.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, online teaching platforms).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in TESOL/TEFL (for international training roles).
- Experience in corporate training or personality development training.
- Experience in IELTS/PTE/TOEFL training (if applicable).
- Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms).
