Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking and inbound leads
- Drive B2B sales and client acquisition in the corporate gifting segment
- Manage lead generation, qualification and conversion into business opportunities
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation to closure
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and follow-ups to drive conversions
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of leads, interactions and sales activities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
