Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, address inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer requirements.
- Follow up on customer requests and pending issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist customers with service-related documentation and processes.
- Ensure prompt response to customer queries and complaints.
- Prepare daily and monthly customer service reports.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest service improvements.
- Support the sales and operations teams when required.
- Update customer databases and CRM systems regularly.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Client Relations.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
