Job Summary
Pinnacle Motor Works Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Sales consultant- Trainee to join our Nissan dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Nissan vehicles.
- Provide accurate information regarding vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available promotional offers.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales-related reports.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Graduation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Interest in automobile sales and customer service.
- Previous sales experience will be considered an advantage; however, (freshers are encouraged to apply).
