Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Role Purpose
To lead the implementation and monitoring of child and women-focused community initiatives, ensuring effective grassroots engagement, stakeholder coordination, and program impact across NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation and supervision of Community program activities
- Regular meeting with program/ field staff and enhancement of their skills
- Develop operational plans, frameworks, and reporting systems
- Supervise field teams and ensure timely implementation
- Strengthen coordination with stakeholders and partner agencies
- Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Identify & fulfil program gaps and execute improvement solutions
- Time to time monitoring & supporting visit to support field activities
- Liasing with state government and other counterpart related to the work
- Coordinate and support fundraising initiatives to achieve organizational goals
Required Skills & Experience
- Master’s degree in Social Work / Development Studies / Public Policy / Sociology or related field preferred
- 5+ years experience in development/social sector programs
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience in thematic or community-based programs preferred
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
