Role Purpose
To lead the implementation and monitoring of child and women-focused community initiatives, ensuring effective grassroots engagement, stakeholder coordination, and program impact across NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- * Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of both centres at Holambi and Bawana.
- * Maintain regular communication and reporting with donors, providing updates on program progress and impact.
- * Monitor the performance, activities, and compliance of both centres.
- * Conduct a minimum of two in-person visits per month to each centre for review and support.
- * Identify and engage with new corporate organizations across the NCR region for partnership and fundraising opportunities.
- * Schedule and conduct at least 2–3 in-person meetings and 4–5 virtual meetings with CSR representatives and senior officials of SAFE to support fundraising initiatives and relationship building.

Required Skills & Experience
- Master’s degree in Social Work / Development Studies / Public Policy / Sociology or related field preferred
- 5+ years experience in development/social sector programs
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience in thematic or community-based programs preferred
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
