We're Hiring: Quadient Developer (EngageOne / DocOne)
Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Quadient Developer with strong expertise in EngageOne and/or DocOne to join one of our client projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions for high-volume customer communications.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Quadient EngageOne and/or DocOne
- Strong experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) and document composition
- Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining customer communication templates for invoices, statements, letters, notices, policies, and other transactional documents
- Experience with EngageOne Designer, EngageOne Generate, EngageOne Interactive, or DocOne Studio
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XSD, data mapping, and document formatting
- Experience with multi-channel document delivery (Print, PDF, Email, Digital)
- Hands-on experience with SQL and integration with enterprise applications
- Experience in template migration, enhancement, and production support
- Good understanding of SDLC, version control, and release management
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills
Good to Have:
- Experience in DocOne to EngageOne migration projects
- Knowledge of Java, REST APIs, Unix/Linux, or Shell scripting
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Healthcare domains
- Exposure to cloud-based CCM platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient EngageOne and/or DocOne
- Build and enhance high-volume transactional document templates
- Develop dynamic document layouts using XML/XSLT and data mapping techniques
- Support production deployments, issue resolution, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CCM solutions
- Participate in modernization and migration initiatives from DocOne to EngageOne, where applicable
Pay: ₹14,216.12 - ₹65,165.10 per month
