Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning & Development Program Design
· Design and implement learning initiatives, including workshops, e-learning modules, and leadership development programs.
· Customize training programs to meet department-specific needs based on analysis and feedback.
· Incorporate various instructional design principles to enhance learning effectiveness and retention.
2. Training Needs Assessment
· Conduct training needs assessments through interviews, surveys, and performance data analysis.
· Collaborate with department heads to understand role-specific competencies and align training strategies accordingly.
· Identify skill gaps and propose solutions to address evolving business needs.
3. Facilitation and Delivery
· Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions to various levels of employees, from entry-level to senior management.
· Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, and tools to suit diverse learner needs and preferences.
· Manage both in-person and virtual training sessions effectively, ensuring a high level of participation and engagement.
4. Evaluation and Feedback
· Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and impact on performance.
· Gather and analyze feedback from training participants and make improvements to programs based on findings.
· Prepare regular reports on training outcomes, participant feedback, and overall program effectiveness for management review.
5. Talent Development and Retention
· Support career development initiatives such as mentorship programs, succession planning, and coaching for high-potential employees.
· Collaborate on strategies to support employee retention and engagement through meaningful development opportunities.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
· Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure L&D initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives.
· Work with external vendors and trainers when necessary to bring specialized knowledge and tools to the organization.
· Maintain ongoing communication with team members and department heads to gather input and refine learning initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
· Experience:
Ø 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a similar role.
Ø Proven experience in instructional design, facilitation, and project management.
· Skills:
Ø Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
Ø Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
Ø Proficiency with e-learning software, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ø Analytical skills to interpret data, measure training effectiveness, and refine program outcomes.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
