*About the Role*
We are looking for an experienced QA Tester with strong hands-on experience in Life Asia and the Life Insurance domain. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, preparing test scenarios and test cases, executing testing activities, identifying defects, and ensuring the quality and reliability of applications.
*Key Responsibilities*
Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and application workflows.
Prepare and review test scenarios, test cases, test data.
Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, sanity and Smoke Testing.
Work extensively on Life Asia applications/modules and validate insurance-related business processes.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Participate in requirement analysis and provide inputs from a testing perspective.
Perform end-to-end testing of insurance applications and workflows.
Conduct regression testing after fixes and application enhancements.
Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status, risks, and defects to stakeholders.
Ensure testing activities are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.
*Mandatory Skills*
3–5 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
Strong hands-on experience with Life Asia with calculations.
Prior experience in the Life Insurance domain is mandatory.
*Preferred Skills*
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working on large-scale Life Insurance applications.
Good understanding of insurance products, policies flow, claims and related workflows.
*Key Requirement*
Candidates must have hands-on Life Asia experience along with relevant Life Insurance domain experience with calculations
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
