Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager to acquire HNI and Ultra HNI clients and drive business growth. This is a hardcore business development role for professionals who are passionate about networking, relationship building, and achieving challenging sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new HNI and Ultra HNI clients for investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors.
- Generate business through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and self-sourcing.
- Understand client investment objectives and present suitable investment opportunities.
- Achieve monthly business acquisition and revenue targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Banking, Broking, or Investment Advisory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with HNI and Ultra HNI clients will be preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about business development.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is preferred.
- NISM certification will be an added advantage.
- Preference will be given to local candidates from Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
