We are looking for a passionate and experienced Mathematics Foundation Teacher to train students in Classes VI–X in strong mathematical fundamentals and prepare them for competitive examinations such as JEE Foundation, Olympiads, NTSE and other scholarship/entrance-level examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics concepts with strong emphasis on fundamentals and conceptual clarity.
- Prepare students for JEE Foundation, Olympiads and competitive examinations.
- Develop students' logical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, question papers and practice materials.
- Cover concepts from NCERT and competitive-level Mathematics.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments and remedial sessions.
- Analyse student performance and provide individual academic support.
- Identify learning gaps and implement appropriate improvement strategies.
- Train students in shortcuts, problem-solving techniques and time management.
- Maintain student academic records and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Academic/Foundation Coordinator regarding syllabus completion and student progress.
- Support advanced learners through challenging problems and enrichment activities.
- Participate in parent meetings and academic review meetings when required.
- Stay updated with current competitive-examination patterns and Mathematics teaching methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics / Mathematics-related discipline.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Strong command of Mathematics concepts from Classes VI–X and JEE Foundation level.
- Good communication and classroom-management skills.
Experience
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics is preferred.
- Experience in JEE Foundation / Olympiad / competitive Mathematics coaching will be an added advantage.
- Experience in CBSE schools or reputed coaching institutes is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
