Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR cum Admin Manager to oversee the Human Resources and Administration functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and office administration while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including induction, confirmation, transfers, resignations, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMIS.
- Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable labour laws.
- Draft and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate performance management and training & development activities.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
- Manage housekeeping, security, pantry, transport, and office maintenance.
- Handle vendor management, procurement of office supplies, AMC renewals, and office asset management.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and workplace safety.
- Monitor administrative budgets and optimize operational costs.
Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll coordination and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: Up to ₹6,00,000 per annum.

Probation & Leave Policy
- Probation Period: 3–6 months (based on performance).
- During Probation: No paid leave entitlement. Any leave taken during this period will be treated as Leave Without Pay (LWP), unless otherwise approved by management.
- Post Confirmation:
- 20 paid leaves per calendar year.
- 12 Regional & National Holidays as per the company holiday calendar.

- Candidates from manufacturing, service, IT, or corporate environments are preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
