Role & responsibilities
- Site Execution for Turnkey projects (Electrical work).
Effective supervision of various site activities like Cable and wiring, cable termination work,
penal retro fitting work, instrumentation and control wiring etc.
- Develop detailed site execution plans, including manpower allocation, material procurement, and equipment deployment.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including installation progress, material usage, and manpower hours.
- Generate comprehensive reports for project managers and clients, highlighting key
milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and streamline workflow.
Preferred candidate profile
B.E. / B. Tech. / Diploma (in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Power Electronics / EC / IC)
- Proven experience in electrical site execution, preferably in the panel industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams and clients.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
