Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Surveyor with 6–7 years of experience in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out surveying activities, establishing control points, verifying layouts, preparing survey reports, and supporting project execution teams. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of surveying instruments, construction drawings, and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct topographic, layout, and as-built surveys for construction projects.
- Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical control points at the project site.
- Perform setting-out activities for buildings, foundations, columns, roads, utilities, and other structural works.
- Verify coordinates, levels, alignments, and dimensions as per approved drawings.
- Prepare and update survey records, reports, and measurement data.
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors regarding survey requirements.
- Review construction drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.
- Prepare and modify survey drawings using AutoCAD.
- Ensure accuracy of all survey data and maintain proper documentation.
- Support quantity measurements and progress tracking activities.
- Conduct as-built surveys and prepare final survey documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Survey Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–7 years of experience as a Site Surveyor in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparation and modification of survey drawings.
- Experience in using Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS/GPS, and other surveying equipment.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, coordinates, benchmarks, and leveling procedures.
- Good knowledge of site execution and construction methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.

- Expertise in setting out and as-built surveys.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of quantity measurement and project documentation.
- Familiarity with survey software and data processing tools.
- Ability to work under project deadlines and site conditions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
