Front Office Assistant – Four Star Hotel
We are looking for a Front Office Assistant to join our team at a Four Star Hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Maintain guest records and billing procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel front office is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Freshers who are willing to learn and work in the hospitality industry may also apply.
