Role Summary
Work directly with MSME business owners as a strategic and execution partner to solve end-to-end business challenges and drive measurable growth in revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise promoters on strategy, growth, and business decisions
- Conduct business diagnostics and identify improvement areas
- Design and implement practical solutions across functions
- Improve operations, sales, finance, and organizational effectiveness
- Establish systems, SOPs, and performance dashboards
- Lead on-ground implementation with client teams
- Attend in weekly MSME client sessions
- Visit client sites for reviews and execution support
- Track progress and deliver measurable results
Ideal Candidate
Strong understanding of Indian MSME environment
Proven ability to drive implementation (not just advisory)
Comfortable working directly with business owners
Willing to travel extensively
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
