Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through DSA, connectors, builders, and direct customer sourcing while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Home Loan and LAP business through open market sourcing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSA, brokers, builders, and channel partners.
- Handle customer queries and guide them through the loan process.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Conduct market visits and lead generation activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and customer KYC collection.
- Maintain customer relationship for repeat and referral business.
- Prepare daily sales reports and MIS updates.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products.
- Strong market networking and lead generation ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Basic knowledge of banking/NBFC processes and documentation.
- MS Excel and reporting knowledge preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HL/LAP sales.
- Experience in NBFC, Bank, or Financial Services preferred.
- Candidate should have local market knowledge.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience)
