Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Key Skills :
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a web and mobile app development environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
- Experience with requirements management tools and techniques
- Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, and Android platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather project requirements
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and user stories
- Develop detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases
- Work closely with our development team to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and development team members
- Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, including clarification of requirements, issue resolution, and change management
- Continuously monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web and mobile app development
