Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Robot Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain robotic machines used in the production process. The candidate will ensure smooth machine operation, product quality, and achievement of production targets while following safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate robotic machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Start, stop, and monitor robot operations during production.
- Load and unload components/materials as required.
- Monitor robot cycle time, production output, and machine performance.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of robot-related alarms and errors.
- Ensure proper setting, positioning, and programming parameters as instructed.
- Conduct quality checks of finished components.
- Report machine breakdowns, abnormalities, and quality issues to the supervisor/maintenance team.
- Maintain production records, checklists, and shift reports.
- Keep the workplace and machine area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Support preventive maintenance activities as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
