Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
Welcome students, parents, faculty members, and visitors professionally.
Maintain a positive first impression of the institution.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Direct visitors to the appropriate department or staff member.
Student & Admission Support
Provide information regarding courses and campus facilities
Assist admission counselors in managing student inquiries and lead follow-ups.
Maintain inquiry records and admission data.
Coordinate campus visits and counseling appointments.
Coordinate with students & their Parents for Monthly fees collection
Coordinate with HO for fees receipt and students sata transfer
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain attendance registers, visitor logs, and office records.
Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and documentation.
Support daily administrative operations of the college.
Maintain files, student records, and office stationery inventory.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with faculty and different departments for smooth communication.
Inform students about schedules, events, workshops, seminars, and examinations.
Handle WhatsApp, email, and telephone communication professionally.
Office Maintenance
Ensure reception and waiting areas remain organized and presentable.
Monitor cleanliness and professional appearance of the front office area.
