Position: Production Engineer
Exp: 4-7 years
CTC: 7.50-8.50 LPA
Location: Sanand
Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM ( 5 Days Week)
Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Job Summary:
- Having Knowledge of SS/MS/CS Fabrication, Sheet metal fabrication
- Background with Heavy engineering/Pressure vessels manufacturing added advantage
- Ensure shift running as per plan
- Make plan with foreman for three shifts
- Ensure availability of material & other resources
- Co-ordination with Purchase, design, sales if required
- Ensure OTD of job
- Ensure shift timings
- Making shift schedule
- Ensure updated Drawings, Consumable plan
- Ensure availability of man, machine & other resources as per shift
- Data collection & analysis
- NCR- RCA & prevention
- Shop 5's
- Workmen leave and adjustments
- SAP Entries
Requirements
- Basic SAP Knowledge
- Ability to communicate in English
5. QUALIFICATIONS5.1. Essential
- B.Tech/ B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
5.2 Preferred
- Working knowledge of various Microsoft tools (Outlook/Excel/Word etc.)
- Working in SAP environment will be an added advantage Working in SAP environment will be an added advantage
6. Exp.
- 4-5 Years for B.Tech & 6-7 Years for Diploma
