Job Overview
We are looking for a highly energetic and sales-focused Sales & Marketing Executive for our tyre business. The candidate will be responsible for improving sales, expanding market reach, and building strong customer relationships for both two-wheeler and four-wheeler tyres.
This role is mainly focused on B2B sales, including retail shops, wholesalers, garages, dealers, and other business customers. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, active in field visits, and capable of developing new customer networks.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market two-wheeler and four-wheeler tyres
- Generate new leads and build a strong customer base
- Visit multiple customer locations daily
- Develop relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and business clients
- Improve overall sales performance and market presence
- Explain product details and offers to customers
- Follow up with clients and maintain long-term business relationships
- Identify new business opportunities in the market
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales and marketing
- Willingness to travel and meet customers directly
- Ability to convince and handle customers professionally
- Basic knowledge of sales/marketing is preferred
- Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills and confidence
