As an Analyst, Managed services, you will contribute to Epic-enabled healthcare engagements by supporting system configuration, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to help clients improve operational performance and deliver measurable business value.
Work you'll do
As an Analyst, Managed services on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting configuration changes, system builds, and maintenance activities within Epic and other Electronic Health Record platforms
- Analyzing client requirements and healthcare workflows to support solution design, issue resolution, and delivery outcomes
- Working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments to support estimation, documentation, defect tracking, and project execution
- Performing incident and problem management activities, including root cause analysis and adherence to Service Level Agreement requirements
- Contributing to process improvement, automation, knowledge sharing, and development of tools or accelerators that enhance delivery quality

Qualifications
Required:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Epic
- Experience supporting US healthcare workflows
- Experience performing configuration changes and system builds in Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments, including use of related tools and effort estimation
- Experience working with Service Level Agreement (SLA) processes, incident management, and root cause analysis
- Certification in any Epic module across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, or Technical areas
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree
Preferred:
- Experience creating application documentation, including application understanding and change management artifacts
- Experience following engagement-specific project delivery processes
- Advanced certifications in US healthcare
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
