Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and queries are resolved.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, maintaining profitable relationships with clients.
- Prepare and manage invoices, ensure accurate billing, and oversee account reconciliations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting practices, GST, and stock regulations.
- Utilize Tally software to manage and record financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Monitor and analyze account metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular sales and account performance reports.
- Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting related to client accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP and other accounting software.
- Solid understanding of GST regulations and stock management principles.
- Prior experience in account management or a related role is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
