Job Responsibility:
- Partner with the sales team to understand prospect requirements and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to stakeholders.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires, and design solution architectures with scope, effort, and integration requirements.
- Translate customer needs into clear functional and technical requirements, addressing technical objections to support deal closure.
- Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer success teams while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and industry trends.
Experience Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role.
- Proven experience delivering product demonstrations and supporting B2B/enterprise software or ERP/SaaS sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and preparing solution documentation.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to map them to technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
