Role Summary
Lead the academic + developmental framework for our preschool. You’ll guide teachers, design curriculum, and ensure every child’s early learning years are safe, playful, and research-based.Key Responsibilities- Curriculum & Pedagogy: Design/upgrade the ECCE curriculum aligned with NEP 2020, NCF-FS 2022, and play-based learning principlesTeacher Training: Mentor, coach, and conduct workshops for preschool teachers on classroom management, child development, and activity-based learningChild Development: Observe classrooms, track developmental milestones, and support interventions for children needing extra helpParent Engagement: Run workshops/sessions for parents on early learning, nutrition, hygiene, and positive parentingQuality Assurance: Set standards for lesson plans, classroom setups, learning materials, assessments, and documentationCompliance: Ensure the school meets safety, hygiene, and ECCE norms as per local guidelines What We’re Looking ForEducation: Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field. ECCE diploma/certification preferredExperience: 4+ years in preschool leadership, curriculum design, or as an ECCE trainer/mentorSkills: Strong understanding of child psychology 1.5-7 yrs, play-based pedagogy, classroom observation, and teacher coachingTraits: Patient, creative, strong communicator, and comfortable working with both teachers and parentsGood to Have
Experience with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or NEP-aligned curriculum. Knowledge of Early nutrition / hygiene programs is a plus.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
