- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls using databases/leads and handle incoming calls from customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, pitch products/services, and qualify prospects for the sales pipeline.
- Customer Support: Address grievances, resolve issues, and answer questions accurately.
- Data Management: Record conversation details, process orders, and update databases or CRM software.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per day
