Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with contractors and workers, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Review drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards.
- Manage site workforce, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Measure work quantities and assist in billing and project documentation.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or 2+ years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
